I am working on my first Christian Fiction book series for young adults, but my hope is that adults of all ages will enjoy reading it.
A bit about me . . . I served in the U.S. Air Force and met the love of my life while stationed in Texas. Life has been an adventure between children, grandchildren, and the many moves we have made while in the military. God has been good to us, and we have found friends and church family, wherever the Lord moved us. While serving as military spouse, I felt called to step out of my comfort zone and homeschool our children. What an adventure! By the Grace of God we did it!
We now call the panhandle of Florida home and love it here. We are empty nesters and enjoy waking up and taking care of our lovable dog, Lexie, then grabbing a cuppa freshly brewed java. Aside from writing, I also enjoy gardening, cooking, and serving in our church. Although there is nothing that compares to being called Mimi by the grandkids!
Some of my favorite authors are C.S. Lewis and J.R.R Tolkien. I have gained a treasure trove of knowledge, about the craft of writing, from the Jerry Jenkins Writer's Guild. You can sign up to get updates about my writing here.
